Reconditioning Process
Each Skyjack equipment before disassembly would be thoroughly inspected with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Every Skyjack machinery put back together based on OEM standards and certain parts are replaced with new ones. The components which get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Additionally, each and every unit is given new batteries, tires and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These units provide a 97 inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
